Do you want to be part of a school community on a journey from good to outstanding?

Do you want to make a difference to outcomes for all students?

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate English teacher to join our highly motivated and hard-working team. You should be an excellent classroom practitioner and have students at the heart of your decision making. You must also have a competent understanding of the English curriculum and the recent national changes that have taken place. We are looking for somebody who is creative and dynamic in the classroom and is able to engage a wide range of students. This role is suitable for NQTs, who will benefit from a comprehensive range of support and guidance.

Our team has been on an exciting journey over the past few years as our results have continued to improve year on year. We are very pleased with our most recent set of results: 83% of students achieved a 4 and above in English language, 34% of students also achieved a 7 and above. We are very proud of our Progress 8 score of 0.5, meaning on average students attained half a grade higher than their KS2 scores predicted. We are driven and determined to continue to improve on these results over the coming years.

If you would like to work in a vibrant and progressive environment, we would love to hear from you. You will join a committed, successful and supportive team.
